4. Booking and Payment

Any errors may result in delays or additional charges. 4.2 Payment: Full payment must be made at the time of booking. Payment can be made through various methods as specified on our website. 4.3 Confirmation: A booking is only confirmed upon receipt of full payment and issuance of a confirmation email.
5. Cancellation and Refunds
5.1 Cancellation by User: Users may cancel their booking subject to the following conditions:
- Cancellations made more than 30 days before departure will receive a full refund minus a processing fee.
- Cancellations made between 15 to 30 days before departure will receive a 50% refund.
- Cancellations made less than 15 days before departure are non-refundable. 5.2 Cancellation by Company: The Company reserves the right to cancel any booking due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, Users will receive a full refund.
6. Travel Documents and Requirements
6.1 Passports and Visas: Users are responsible for ensuring they have valid passports and appropriate visas for their Umrah travel. 6.2 Health Requirements: Users must comply with all health regulations and requirements, including vaccinations and medical checks.
7. User Responsibilities
7.1 Compliance: Users must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and customs of the countries visited. 7.2 Behavior: Users are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and orderly manner during the trip. The Company reserves the right to terminate a User’s participation in the trip for misconduct without a refund.
8. Limitation of Liability
The Company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Services. This includes, but is not limited to, delays, cancellations, or changes in itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances.
9. Changes to Terms
The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Users are encouraged to review these Terms periodically.
